Office Information

Before Your First Visit…

Click here to download the initial intake paperwork in PDF format. Please print this form, complete it, and bring it completed to your first visit.

What to Expect?

At your first visit, Dr. Bonnie will do a thorough intake, listening and learning about your individual health concerns and identifying your specific needs.

The first two visits are best scheduled within a week of each other so that Dr.Bonnie has time to review your case, research drug-nutrient-herb interactions and gather more information before coming up with a plan. A plan will be developed which may include dietary and lifestyle recommendations, botanicals, homeopathy, nutritional supplements, hydrotherapy or other natural therapies.

The first visit will last about an hour and a half to two hours and return visits last about an hour. Each visit includes an acupuncture treatment unless you would prefer otherwise.

Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled by telephone at 585-394-3490. We recommend that you call two weeks in advance to get your desired appointment. If you are ill or in pain please call early in the day so we have the best chance of scheduling your visit as soon as we can.
